As Customer Support Employee you are the spider in the web between the company, architect, interior designer, customer and sales representative. You make sure that all external cumtomers are being serviced in the best possible way. You process and follow up on sales orders. You make sure that the process from inquiry to order fulfillment are as efficient as possible. Together with the area sales representative you are an unbeatable team. In this position you will report to the Customer Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities:

• Providing service in all aspects to sales representatives and customers (to be the first line of contact for all exterior parties) by fulfilling below mentioned tasks within the agreed time frames and following the agreed procedures and processes.

Tasks:

• Processing sample orders
• Making quotations
• Processing orders
• Organizing shipping
• Providing technical information for sales representatives and customers
• Following up on missing order/quote information with customers
• Chasing payments; making sure payments are received before shipping out material

 

Gestelde eisen

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifiactions:

• College graduate (HBO level) or MBO level with experience in a similar position
• (Near) Native English speaker
• Additional European language skills are an asset preferably Dutch
• Professional experience with MS Office programs Excel, Word, Outlook
• Preferably experienced in working with SAP, SuperOffice (CRM) and ICE 
• International orientation
