Division Controller Operations

Algemene omschrijving

Fulfill the leading role in the financial management of the Division and support the Division manager in running and developing the business according to the budget and business plan.

Provide Division management with all necessary information about the financial developments of the departments and companies within the Division, and focus on the business to ensure the achievement of shared objectives at different levels, including:

- In-depth understanding of the Divisions financial performance and business drivers;
- Support and drive the financial planning and reporting cycle of the Division;
- Provide a (financial) basis for decision making within the Division;
- Stimulate the financial and business performance of the Division;
- Improve business performance with an emphasis on cost control & efficiency;
- Best practices assessment and actively sharing them with peers;
- Follow-up of Internal and External Audits within the Division;
- Involvement in transfer pricing decisions;
- Coordinate all Finance related issues with other Divisional Controllers.

Gestelde eisen

- University degree in Finance / Business Administration (or comparable);
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience, gained in a complex, internationally operating company;
- Advanced knowledge of IFRS;
- Fluent in English and Dutch, preferably one other language (German);
- Team player with strong analytical skills, who can demonstrate initiative, entrepreneurship, decisiveness and sound judgement;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both internal and external clients.
