Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is part of the Customer Service Department and will have responsibility for a group of customers AND/OR operational support tasks. Each Customer Service team member is responsible to drive improvements on behalf of our customers and to ensure that service level targets are met. He or she will act as one point of contact to their respective customers and will work closely with the different Departments (Purchasing, Supply, Support, Warehouse, Finance, Masterdata, etc.) to achieve optimal results. Within the Customer Service Team the different team members act as each other’s backups and work closely together in a constructive and friendly team atmosphere

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Order Entry
• Creation of flat stock demand across Europe sites via purchase requisitions and follow up
• Order Management (Providing accurate delivery dates, pricing information, order status, etc.)
• Inquiry handling
• Effective and professional communication with customers (weekly service level calls, etc.)
• Delivery & Shipment creation
• Invoicing
• Operational Demand Control activities (manual stock allocation, etc.)
• Return Order and Credit & Debit Memo processing
• Daily operational collaboration with departments Sales, Inventory and Operation Planning,  Inventory Management, Purchasing and Warehouse
• Additional tasks seen by superior that fall outside the main task described above but are required to meet company and the department objectives

Gestelde eisen

We are looking for candidates with experience with customer service and excellent communication skills. A multi-lingual talent.

Furthermore:

• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes
• Experience in a multinational environment
• Adaptive to change
• Good Computer/Software skills – (ERP system and MS Office Excel experience preferred)
