Algemene omschrijving

Within this position you will be responsible for all kind of projects. Our client is always expanding their fabric and that is the reason why they are looking for a project engineer whi is capable to lead these projects from A tot Z. You will plan, execute, coordinate and conrol tthe project. These projects are related with site, process, equipment, machine, process controll, technology etc. You will provide continuously improvement in daily process and projects. You will also organize and coordinate the team members of the project(s).The following tasks will come with this position:

• Close cooperation with different departments and industrial instituations, suppliers etc;
• Coordinating new big and small projects following the SHE regulations;
• You will keep up the know how about processes, machines, equipment, technology etc;
• Determine project rules, process and procedures in apparant way;
• Gather information about new projects;
• Make the necesssary feasibility studies, take approval, describe project, make project budget, determine business rationale and work environment;
• Controlling budgets;
• Revise and improve technical infrastructure and IT system according to new requirements;
• Responsible for emergency response about failures & troubles in project process;
• Execute projects in coordination with different departments;
• Inform Production manager about methods, procedures and standards;
• Improving the efficiency according to new products;
• Planning technical trainings, project meetings;
• Be sure that all the contractors working for the project have the right documentation;
• Organizing the operational procedures, documentation and training for each implemented project;
• Implementing and updating KPI's;
• Keep under control the project cost;
• Ensure the compliance of the production area and activity with the ISO 14004 & SHE standards and local legislation.

Gestelde eisen

For the vacancy as a project engineer we are looking for:

• Someone with 3-5 years of experience in project management (you will do everything by yourself)
• Engineering degree, civil/technique (HTS), preferable in Chemical Engeneering; MTS will do too but with a least a lot of experience!;
• Experience with AutoCad en reading of PL & D's;
• Very good knowledge in English and Dutch;
• Your competencies are: customer focus, teamwork, communication, innovation and willing to change, solution-oriented, well organized and you must be a structural worker.
