Job description: product manager
As a Product manager you will be responsible for the following:
Product management:
-Management and development of the software product
-Managing projects for new versions, releases and service packs
-Review requirements
-Problem Management
-Identify opportunities, improvements and threats around the product
Team Management:
-Human resource management
-Managing a near shore team of 15 men (developers, project managers / analysts) through a local manager and leading a team of three men in the Netherlands
-evaluating employees and outsourcing partners (near shore and in the Netherlands)
Team:
As a Product manager you will get a chance to act in an international environment. You will be working in a professional team, with a passion for commerce. The team consists of 3 staff members in the Netherlands and 15 abroad. The average age of the team is 32. The dress code is business casual, the ambience is informal and there are often informal activities.
Job criteria: Product manager
For a Product Manager the following requirements apply:
-A completed university degree
-5 Years experience within ICT
-Good knowledge of various software platforms (preferably Microsoft)
-Several years experience in managing releases and revision control
-Project management
-Knowledge of logistics / supply chain management
-Preferably experience with ITIL
-Several years of experience in leading (off / near shore) teams
-Willing to travel (international), once a month

The Offer: Product manager
As a Product manager, you can count on the following offer;
-A salary between € 4,000 and € 5,000, depending on knowledge and experience

This role is based on a 4 hrs working week
